Prohibited Content Notice: The posting or sharing of nudity, sexually explicit content, hate speech, violent material, or any content that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• Download and use your content for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly prohibited in your content description.

Other Users’ Content
When downloading or using content shared by others, you agree to:

• Use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by the content owner.
• Not distribute, sell, or publicly display the downloaded content without the owner’s permission.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer
AirVis is not responsible for how other users handle downloaded content. Users who violate these terms may face account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to:

• Post, share, or engage in content or activities that include hate speech, violence, illegal activities, nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Misuse content downloaded from AirVis, including distributing or using it for commercial purposes without the explicit permission of the content owner.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, systems, or data.

You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in class-action litigation.
